The architects/interior designers prepare detailed drawings of each individual item, giving dimensions and construction details.

The production department then prepares an estimate of the raw materials to be sourced along with wood specifications, measurements etc.

The production department then prepares a budget estimate from the list of approved vendors, and gives final touches to the budget in consultation with the finance department.

The senior management then prepares an integrated finance budget along with flow-chart of activities to be undertaken in a sequential manner specifying the execution dates. 
Step 5 The head of department certifies the quality/quantity every time the goods move from one department to the other.

The work on the site is supervised by a suitably qualified professional, who is assisted by a highly experienced and competent team.

Following the completion of planning and paper-work, the site is appraised of the status of goods to arrive for actual execution and installation.

The goods are mainly sent to the site in a semi-finished state, except for loose furniture and Plaster of Paris works which are directly sent to the site.

Weekly progress reports are sent with complete details of the on-going activities and their conformance with the detailed flow-chart is then checked at the head office.
